Not so long ago, we had a very big meeting in Montreal to celebrate lolita. We all got together and had a fun time!
I decided to wear a very sweet outfit for that occasion. Since I gotten my Dreamy Dollhouse set not so long ago, I decided it could use a little trip outside the closet! That how I ended up picking this outfit. Matching it with my newest acquisition, Angelic Pretty’s pony bag.
I do believe that this one is the one that goes with the Milky plantet series. Seriously, I’ve been after these bags since forever and this one is just perfect. The white can go with almost anything and the color accents are pink and lavender, wich are a nice match to go with almost any sweet prints, especially AP’s.
Anyways, now for the interesting part! My outfit is mostly mint and pink. I love this color combination a lot, and there it is :
It’s simple, yet very colorful and peaceful to me. I know some people think these prints have a ‘pj’s’ look to it because it’s so pastel, but I’m really in love with it. The details are amazing too! I’ll try to make a video on that maybe! ^.^

And a little close-up for you guys! You don’t really see the makeup as good as I’d like, but I can tell you it was pretty sweet and matched the colors of the dress nicely! ^.^

EnRoute!
June 8th, 2011Great News!
I just had a very pleasing surprise recently. I found out that the photoshoot I did with Erik Naumann not only got a very big amount of notes on tumblr, but one of the picture was published in a magazine!
Actually, the pictures were exposed at a gallery and the photo director of EnRoute asked for the one picture of me to be published in the May 2011 release.
It’s the first time I make it to a magazine. I’m really happy about it! It’s such a great experience. Not only does it support a text for a writting contest ( and I’m a lot into writting myself) but EnRoute is Air Canada’s magazine, so the picture actually travelled all over the world!
I need to say a big congrats to Erik, who’s the creator of this image! : ) I’m really looking foward to do more shoots with him very soon.

J’ai eu une très belle surprise récemment. J’ai appris que le photoshoot que j’ai fais avec Erik Naumann a non seulement recueilli un nombre impressionnant de notes sur Tumblr, mais l’une des photos a été publiée dans un magazine!
En fait, les photos on été exposée dans une galerie et c’est là que le directeur photo d’EnRoute a demandé que l’une des photos (la mienne) soit publiée dans le numéro du mois de mai 2011.
C’est la première fois que j’ai cet honneur et j’en suis vraiment contente! C’est une belle expérience. Non seulement la photo accompagne un texte d’un concours littéraire et j’écris moi aussi, mais EnRoute est le magazine d’Air Canada alors la photo a vraiment fait le tour du monde!
Je dois dire félicitations encore à Erik qui est le créateur de cette image! : ) J’ai vraiment hâte de faire un autre photoshoot bientôt!

How are you doing on this wonderful sunny day?
I am now officially done with my last project, so vacations are almost there! Only need to actually hand it in and I will be good! It feels nice to be free.
For now, I just wanted to share with you some purchases I made a little bit ago but I didn’t have any time to put them on here.
First up is my new set of luggage! After traveling a bit, I find kinda boring to see similar suitcases all the time. Not to mention it’s hard to find yours when they all look alike. But this won’t be a problem anymore! I have a new bright pink suitcase with purple hearts and the matching carry-on bag.
I also went to Forever21 and got myself a pair of pale pink short shorts and some acid wash pink skinny jeans. I really love them and was happy to find some cause I’ve wanted some for awhile now, since I’m really getting more into the fairy kei / 80′s vibe. Enjoy!
I will hopefully start to post more during the summer. I plan to shoot more as well!
By the way, the pictures from my last shoot with Esther will be up shortly!

April 27th, 2011Lolita Meeting in Montreal

As the title lets you know, there was a lolita meeting planned in the Montreal community wich I am part of.
.
The meeting was held at the botanical gardens. Each year, they have a special exposition where free butterflies fly around in one of the glasshouse. It is really impressive to see them fly by at only few inches of your face.
.
.I must admit, I was quite scared when they came flying around me! We could admire their amazing colors. Some even landed on my friends, not on me though.
.
We did t ake a couple of snapshots during the meeting.
I went for a simple classic sweet outfit with an old school BTSSB print, the Gobelin Princess Op.
This dress is actually the first brand piece I bought so it has extra significance to me! Also, as you might motice, I absolutetly love pastel and lavender!
I was there with many friends including Reiko who took most of the pics on wich I feature.

New Purchases!
March 22nd, 2011Hi again guys!
Here is my first shopping post! I’m really excited to share this as I’ve been waiting to buy these items for awhile now, never sure if should or not and I’m rather happy with this actually!
You probably know about the RTBU (refuse to be usual) shop on ebay? They sell cute japanese inspired clothing and carry brand like Mar jour.
What I got is this cute hoodie, wich is a replica from a 6% Dokidoki hoodie. Unfortunately, when the original one came out, I didn’t have money for it and it got sold out very fast. Despite being a bit hesitant about buying the copy, I have to admit that the quality is better than expected!
The hood is lined with the same color as the sleeves and the fur is really soft!
The only thing I would have to say against it is that the sleeves are a bit snug to my taste and a tad short, wich I kinda expected as I am taller than most girls.
I also got the rainbow pastel colored beads and they are juste so cute!
The ones I got are star shaped and they come in 6 colors (pink, yellow, mint, blue, lavender and peach). I’m really excited to make many bracelets in shades that I like finally.
